We spent ny on Kuta beach and got caught in the 11.30 downpour! A guy told us that it has rained like that every year for five years between 11.15 and 11.45. Maybe its the Gods trying to sober everybody up! Agree it was great celebrating with the Balinese. They DO know how to party
