Want to find a place to stay at Lovina

I want to stay at Lovina to see Dolphins.

Do you have any experience you have stay at Lovina would recommend to me?
I'm a backpacker style so the price is prefer as low as possible. If the place would arrange the day tour to see Dolphins it would be advance. If not, where I would find the tour in Lovina.
