I have only been to Lovina once and from what I could make out there are 2 main streets really and kalibukbuk is one of them. it runs to the beach and then you walk along the beach going left and past the dolphin statue and then into the other main street. Both are full of restaurants but kalibukbuk has a few hotels and Puri bali is one of them very close to the beach (and next door to the lovely more upmarket Rambutans cottages).
Driver will know it.
