We have always flown with Garuda only had problems once ,the plane was delayed in Jakarta so we were sent to the Patra hotel for the night,given dinner and the best breakfast,not sure if you would call that a problem.Our worst trip was with Quantas it took 25hrs to get from Brampton Island to our home just north of Sydney and they couldnt find our luggage which finaly turned up on a trolley in a carpark.We,ve also been stuck in Singapore airport for 8hrs whilst Singapore airlines tried to find us seats after they terminated our flight so it happens to all airlines just part of the joy of travelling.
