So many posts re Garuda

Hi all

Leaving Sunday 2nd September from Sydney with Garuda. First time we've flown with them and now I'm seeing so many posts about delays with Garuda flights, I am worried our holiday will be ruined (or at least cut short by delays). I've had a look on the website and found the following number for Garuda at Sydney Airport - 1300 365 330. Can someone confirm if this is the correct number to get flight information.
