Sorry to read that you too had bad experiences, but seeing as it was only your first time give it another go. The majority of first time tourists have the same opinion as you.
Just remember .. NEVER pay the price that the seller sells. For instance, I was told 150,00 for 2 tops, I said no way and offered 10,000 per top, cheeky hey. In the end I payed 50,000 or less for 2 tops.
