It just occurred to me that even though our son needs to go to sleep relatively early, if we stay somewhere central, then dh and I can take turns going out and walking around town in the early evening. So what would be the most desirable location near "nighttime activities"?
And/or, are there any "budget hotels" (100000-200000 idr) that have a patio, or balcony (or common area near the rooms) where we might sit outside and relax or read while our son sleeps?
What do most people with young kids do in the evenings (other than get a babysitter)?
Sorry if these are strange questions, but we have never traveled with a child before :)
