On our last trip my daughter (8yrs) got the foil on her braids (as opposed to the rubber bands she had the previous trip) and was very disappointed as these began falling out within 1/2 a day and by the next day her hair looked such a mess that we took most of the braids out. She also found getting them done quite uncomfortable (3 ladies yanking at her head) and boring so was quite sad they lasted such a short time.
In contrast she loved the manicure / pedicure (by the pool at the hotel). She also had a 1/2 hr massage at the Melasti Spa which she thought was so cool and still talks about. The spa ladies thought she was adorable and made such a fuss of her. They told me they wanted to marry my husband so they could have a little blonde girl just like her (she thought this the biggest joke & still laughs about the 'silly' ladies who didn't even know what her Dad looks like! .. yes he's as dark as me!!)
As well as beauty treatments don't forget the shopping .. my daughter loved the clothes in the Centro / Mataharis / Ramayana department stores and couldn't wait to get back to Ketuts (fixed price shop) to get replacements for her 'favourite' sparkly sequin tops that had been worn to death since her previous trip. Oh and of course the Fairy Shop is a must stop for any little princess!
Anyway I'm sure you wee girl will have a great time!
Cheers
