Is in padma Utara Jln. Legian just up from puri raja hotel.Its great shop full of wands,tutus,dressups,sequiined shoes lots of sequinned stuff run by noni and candi very busy people who have a shop that caters for all childrens fantasy outfits but has even done some for grown ups.
