coast NSW and then get to International. I am never game to risk it. We stay the night before to be on the safe side. Fog, mechanical problems, airport delays... I'd rather be safe than sorry. Also a good, economical place to stay is the Airport Ibis and then catch their shuttle bus to International. They have a free shuttle bus from domestic to the hotel when you arrive in Sydney.
