If you are "checking in" one must assume that the Garuda flight departs at approximately 10.00am allowing the recommended check in 2 hours prior to departure. Also, depending on the domestic airline you bags may actually be checked right thru to Denpasar, but I would doubt that any domestic Australian carriers are directly linked to Garuda computer system.
Personally, we allow 1 hour minimum from the time the domestic flight lands til International check in time. This gives you a bit of time in case something goes wrong.
On the way back, from International to Domestic, we allow a minimum of 2 hours, because it sometimes takes ages to clear Immigration & Customs in Sydney.
Another thought... see if your Agent can put you on a connecting flight departing International where you do all the clearances prior to the first leg. Saves heaps of time, and dragging of luggage.
