many times. Basically, there are about 12 bungalows and they share the butler between them. He has a lookout post in the middle of the garden.You can ask him to do anything for you, such as bringing ice, getting pool towels etc.
The bungalows are very traditional, vdry private, with balcony, high thatched roof and outside shower.
The service at the Santika is the best you can get in Bali and you will love it. I will be there in September, but will be staying in the ocean front suites.
