Service in Santika Beach Hotel

In September my husband and I will be staying at the Santika Beach hotel in Tuban. We have booked a Garden Bungalow with butler service. Does any one on this forum have experience with this room type and with the butler service. Can you tell us about it? Thanks a lot! Mirjam
