Hi, We were in Sanur in June too, and as we were not that happy with our accom, went looking elsewhere. We did not find the walk in rates at any of the hotels we approached that good, in fact we had negotiated much better rates before we left. I believe that Griya is undergoing reno (might be finished), however, a girlfriend living in Sanur said that both the Griya and Puri Santrains are almost always full ( to the hotels liking anyway)
