Walk in Rates Sanur

Has anyone had any success with doing the walk in rate thing in Sanur recently ?

50-70 US a night for the likes of Griya and Besakih seems a bit steep. Planning on going October for a week in Legian and then a week in Sanur, can use the week in Legian to head to Sanur and 'negotiate' prices.
