Money in Bali

Hi,

Can any aussies give me the best advise for carrying money when in Bali. Im over there for 10 nights and im taking around 2k with me. Is this enough? I will be drinking every night and want to do shopping??

Also when im carrying it around, should I leave money in the Bank and only have like 200AU with me? If i do get it out of the bank (im with westpac) how much does it cost (banks fees)??
