i have checked out my insurance (flight center) because i may be hiring a bike in my upcoming trip and it states that if i am licensed and the bike is under 200cc i will be covered for injury. the vehicle insurance is organized when you hire it, just make sure it is included. the more reputable bike hires will insist on insurance although the excess is very high. an international license from australia is a valid license within indonesia
