Not the flights nor the accom. Don't know who told you differently but not so at all..... Call the ATO if you are in doubt. Domestic Travel may have it??? I don't know as I don't handle Domestic stuff.
Pricing on flights will always depend on seats that are avalable and the booking class. Garuda will only sell what fares are avaialable and will do this at retail with a ticket fee of $25 per person. Webjet are the same, what's avaialable plus a fee.
