Have to remark on how good Garuda's customer support is since they shut their Adelaide and Qld offices. Not. After sitting on hold for 41 minutes today, listening to the "we apologise" message rolling around every few minutes to remind me just how long I had been waiting; I simply gave up and called an opposition airline. And the time on hold with Singapore Airlines?...about 15 seconds.
