Flew Jetstar in April to Bali.
Flight delayed 25 min. going over because of extra time refuelling and they were extremely apologetic and courteous. Coming back and there was a delay (flight late coming in) and again the apology was sincere.
In the end were only a few minutes late getting to Bali and arrived on time coming back.
