we have flown with Jetstar many times in the last few years and while they provide extremely cheap flights at times when they are wrong they are very wrong. We had our flight return from Bali late by 1 hour and the only apology we got was back in Melbourne, it was a token apology with no meaning.That 1 hour delay cost us alot of cash and an extra 15 hours in Melbourne. Also when we were on a domestic flight in winter last year, their air conditioning broke down another token apology. I think they could have offered a cup of tea at least. After saying all that they are a good company breaking air fare costs and flights are smooth just there behaviour standards are low when it comes to saying sorry for their breakdowns
