Help please re ATM's. Have just rang

the Credit union we bank with and have been told that there is no savings button on the atm's in bali and we will have to push the credit button (visa debit card, works off our savings) at a cost of $4.00. But the other credit union told me I could press savings and use the pin number at no cost???? Could someone let me know which is right?
