How do you know it was the breakfast. People usually eat 3 meals a day in different places. I was briefly sick last year and the only thing I ate that was different to my wife was gado-gado at La Monde. We still went there, and I did not post that fact on BTF, because how can I be certain, and some people will not go there because of my unsupported suspicion.
