if you plan to hire a baby sitter, pls get someone who been recommended by others. Ive seen a dynasty babysitter, baby sitting a child - abt 2 yrs old.
The baby sitter was so sulky and had this reluctant look on her. And didnt care much about the child. The best is to let the baby sitter watch the child in the room. eg watching tv or playing with toys.
