Babysitting at dynasty (a few questions)

has anyone used the babysitting service at the dynasty hotel as we are taking our 2 yo and 10 yo sons and we want to go out a few nights for a meal and drinks and see some nightlife, how much does this service cost? is it safe? do they do it in our own rooms? do they do the babysitting service at night time and if so what time till? can anyone give me a name of a good babysitter that they have used and can recommend, also how safe are the rooms to stop the 2yo from getting out of the room as he is in the stage of opening doors and using chairs or other things to help escape,
