I used this brand in January, and paid under 5000rp (AU80 cents) per minute to phone Australia. SMS were also very cheap. The service was reliable, only once we had a crossed line problem, otherwise perfect. If you are in Kuta/Tuban, you could see Jack whose shop is outside Kartika Dewata on Jl Kartika Plaza. He will install and register the whole thing for you, and recharge it if needed - a very cool young chap.
