Legian to Dreamland - Cost , best way

Ok thinking of going for a surf with friends at dreamand, Can anyone advise is it better to go
1. by Taxi - can i get another one back or ask the driver to stay?
2. hire a driver for the day (only need a couple of hours)
3. Bemo
