insurance-aussietravelcover??

has anyone used or familiar with aussietravelcover insurance?
I get a little confused with all the different insurance companies and I have taken a standard economy cover with no excess for our family,as recommened by TA. (we will travel in May) this insurance is connected with Mondial, which has not received good postings from some forumites, Im not sure what to do. we are taking our 3 children for first time and one gets allergic reactions to mozzie bites,(yes I know,extra extra vigilant) and if any of them get sick (which if I take all the necessary raspberry juice and red cordial, we won't get sick) Im starting to get a little concerned or should I say paranoid I don't have the right cover.
I have a cooling off period which expires on friday? can anyone offer some reassurance or other insurance to use? many thanks in advance....
