I happened to be at the doctors today for something else and asked him about vaccinations(he said don't worry not necessary) and also about my son's allergic reactions. I had been told to take vitamin C and mentioned this to dr and he just said to take some claryntine with me,( naturally I was taking some antihistamines with me) so I came away none the wiser.. vitamin B it is... how long before going do we start taking it... we leave May 10. also what repellent do you recommend?? many many thanks..
