My son will be the same age when we take him this year.The last time we went over I found that the only decent baby wipes were pigeon brand that I bought in matahari Galleria. With nappies they do sell a huggies brand but I found the brand called Mama Poko to be so much better.
It really depends on how your son's skin reacts to changes. My son gets nappy rashes quite easily even when I change different brands here in oz.
I would take baby wipes with you and take at least enough nappies(the brand you normally use) for a nappy for each night you are there.
