Garuda - Luggage allowance

Have been to Bali several times before with Garuda and have thought the luggage allowance was 20kg but they would let you go to 25kg without charge. This seemed to be the case on our previous trips however reading BTF it seems things are a bit tighter now. Advise please. Leaving in one week.
