New Visa card

Just picked this up from the newsagent. It's the application for a prepaid Visa. Says - prepaid, reloadable, use it anywhere Visa is accepted worldwide - internet, atms, shops. You can top up at newsagents, sms balance enquiries, no credit checks "just pass this brochure to the newsagent and pay here and now!
Sounds good for travelling etc. www.bopo.com.au
