Jalan Padma Utara & GVC

Hi,

Hoping to squeeze a quick trip to Bali in March.

Can anybody provide an update on the renovations at GVC and when it is expected the new pool will be ready. Rudi told me when I was there last May that they would have it finished by August 2006 but obviously they are a tad behind schedule.

Secondly I believe that there is extensive road works going on in Jalan Padma Utara. Is this correct and how accessible is it by both vehicle and for pedestrians.
