Premium airline SIA.The internet booking service is a breeze.Cancellation often has a charge(adminstration etc)....date change rarely incurr a charge.Lots of SIA flights bet. Bali to S'pore.Also they do a stopover programme for accomodation/sight seeing in S'pore.An absolutely bargain! if you fly beyond S'pore.
But if you had a short stopover ...look at their boarding pass programme.Free S'pore tours etc.
