has all sorts of uses. Fantastic if your baggage tears or otherwise comes adrift. Great for reinforcing any big parcels and very useful for attaching things to other things ie sarongs for shade etc. And yes you can buy it in Kuta but I find that when I'm packing up and I need some the shops are either closed or I'm somewhere other than Kuta and its not available.
And a big yes I agree to all the posters who have suggested ziplock bags for all sorts of things.
