Don't forget that theses $7 fares were a "one off' thing. Jetstar's normal fares are actually more expensive than I have ever paid for Bali. Garuda, on our previous trip, was $250 pp less than we paid for Jetstar in December. Their Customer relations are virtually non existant, they take six weeks to refund even when it is entirely their fault, they take over three weeks just to acknowledge receipt of your letter & 6 weeks to actually deal with complaints. There is no email contact.You have wait on hold for at least 20 mins to talk to anybody on their phone lines. They wont get any more of mine.
