I also thought qantas didn't fly to bali anymore but that was what was said.Maybe they fly to Jakarta still?
I shouldn't be in so much shock by these jetstar stories as I have had terrible experiences with them flying domestic but I thought with an international flight being cancelled the staff might have been a little more understanding and helpful to passengers
