Why don't you give Bali Weddings Internatinal an email. They will send you all the relevant information for a legal wedding, without having to have a fully religious ceremony. You do have to have a religious ceremony in Bali to be legally married, but they do a protestant ceremony with less religious vows, it is very nice and only goes for about 10-15 minutes max. Its worth the money going through a proper wedding planner as you will be guaranteed it be legal in your own country. go to www.baliweddingsinternational.com they have been doing weddings for 14 years
