Warning: GENEVA 2nd. Floor

We keep hearing complaints about the elderly Chinese-Indonesian woman who seems in charge of the 2nd. floor of Geneva. She tries to charge 10% "tax" on all purchases made on this floor and only refunds this amount after long discussions.

There are no such problems on the 3rd. floor although you cannot pay for purchases from the 2nd. floor on the 3rd.
