We contacted Travelscene at Semaphore when these specials were released and there was absolutely no mention of this booking fee we were just quoted what was Advertised. We asked about the Deluxe rooms and were given a price for those as we realised the Advertised price was for the Standard rooms only.
Since then we have booked directly with Antoni as his emails are now being answered and very promptly I might add. The special only goes until the 31st March and this is when we leave so found it better to book direct with the hotel.
