Off to Bali this afternoon (feel sick with excitement!) and I'm really pleased that you've posted this message. Really want to keep up the exercise whilst I'm away and know I'm more likely to do it if I can do it in air-conned comfort! I'll pop in to the Dynasty tomorrow morning ad see what it's all about.
