Yes they tried to rip us off with our last $ gave us the wrong exchange rate and tried to say it was to our advantage they soon backpedal when you ask them to explain as in my years of travel i need you to show me more clearer how it was to my advantage. I also made them pay for the converstion fee aas i told them this would not have had to be paid had they have dealt with this correctly.
Yes the threats with media/publicity and legal action sure works wonders they back pedal real fast. Mine was with a travel insurance one i refuse to ever use again as long as i live, even thought they paid (we got FF points hehehehe) It was the stress and upset that will stay with us forever.
