If my memory serves me correct it was Baliku who had a similar problem with a claim on travel insurance.
They calculated her refund cheque on that days exchange rate and not on the date she paid for her medical bills in Bali.
She took it further and they corrected it.
Take it on - better in your pocket than theirs.
