My friend has stayed at the Dynasty for the last 5-6years in a row and has never had any problems like the one posted above!!
The kids club staff are great and you will have no problems with them!! The staff take great pride in looking after the kids and do their utmost to keep them well looked after but of course you are going to get the odd ratbag of a kid that no matter what the staff does the kids will make trouble!!
In regards to the room service food the prices are a little bit more expensive then going to a local resturant (like the delicious DADDY'S CAFE upstairs across the road from the Dynastys enterance) but the food is just lovely and huge serves, we ended up sharing the meals between us two adults and one child!
The pool view rooms are slightly larger then the garden view but not much and there are heaps of garden view rooms on the ground floor so i dont know what your T/A was on about!!
Hope this helps, but regardless you will have a great time and the Dynasty staff will do everything they can to help make your holiday as great as they can!!!
