more good reports from this hotel that outweigh that one. I suggest you email the hotel and ask about the incident yourself as there was more to the story as I had found out.

The Family Pool View Rooms are very spacious, we haven't stayed in one but have looked from the door, they are located quiet close to the pool bar, so if the hotel is busy then it is likely to be a bit noisy at times, especially when they ring their cow bell for happy hour drinks...
Great Hotel, Great Staff, perhaps keep doing a search on past reports..
