Hi Lynne - I don't think you will ever find a place like Bali where you can just arrive with only the bare essential luggage and within half an hour you can be relaxing by the pool in your favourite little hotel !!. I think you have to accept for the time being a slightly longer and more complicated journey from Sydney.
