I attempted an online booking that got duplicated by operator when I rang to report error message ... I got told at least 4 weeks for a refund and was lucky enough to get someone who was willing to pusue matter for me ... and gave a name and location! that said it ended up being almost 3 weeks and 4 phone calls to let them know (pleasantly) that I wasn't going anywhere ... it is a bit woeful especially when they could see the duplicate booking ...
