Why not move to Perth? (the WA Gov might assist). Perth has good weather, less traffic, good beaches, and only 3 1/2 hours to BALI. WA has everything that Sydney has on a smaller scale. I've been to the places you mentioned and agree with you BALI beats them all, you won't find anything comparable.
