Yeah mate. I mean the "council" - the guy with the overall beach contract.
315,000rp for 3 months in Legian. Cheaper at other parts of the beach.
Whatever the cost - some are just insane. Considering the reduced traffic these days.
Pretty hard to get licences for the beach too - basically have to buy from someone.
