I am interested in your comments in paying by "Gold" card. I did this when AP went down the gurgler last year. The bank and insurance mob just giggled at my request for a refund. Did you actually get a refund through that system ?
Mind you I only lost $1,000AUD other poor buggers lost their jobs.
